Vintage Dragon cheese grater

The dragon pattern from Th. Marthinsen. The cutlery was designed in 1912 with inspiration from the dragon style. The dragon style is an architectural style that emerged in Norway at the end of the 19th century. The dragon style was the result of the first conscious efforts to create a national Norwegian wooden architecture. The inspiration came particularly from stave churches and their ornamentation.
