We have free shipping on orders over NOK 1,000. If the order is below this, shipping will be charged according to the selected delivery option.
Incorrect or defective shipment
If you have received a product that is defective, we will of course help you as best we can by correcting the error. How we resolve each case varies, so it is important that you contact customer service when you want to make a complaint. In some cases we need to examine the item and in other cases it is sufficient to simply be able to demonstrate the fault, e.g. a picture that clearly shows the tire defect. If the item has to be sent to us, we are responsible for the shipping, provided that your complaint is approved. We refer to the Norwegian Consumer Protection Authority's laws and regulations for complaints.

With us, you normally have a 14-day right to exchange, return and cancel unused goods. In order to make use of the right of withdrawal, it is important that you notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
You can find the return form in the order confirmation, there is a right of withdrawal form linked in the email from us.
It will be possible to return different orders together. A return form for all returned goods must be attached to the shipment.
The buyer is responsible for postage when returning goods.
If you have paid for the item by card/direct payment, the amount will be refunded 3-5 working days after the return has been registered with us. If you have paid for the item with an invoice, you will receive a separate information email with instructions from our payment partner Klarna.
