As an Arven friend, you get a 3% bonus on all purchases of regular items. You can earn this bonus by shopping in our online store or in our store at Sandbrogaten 11, Bergen.
It is completely free and without obligation to join our group of friends, and we warmly welcome both those who shop in our store and in the online store to the club.

To become a member, you must agree to the membership terms and conditions. You can read them here .
Provide your phone number or show your VIPPS QR code when shopping in our store and the bonus will be automatically registered.
If you shop in the online store, you must be logged in to "My Page" for the bonus to be registered when you complete a purchase.
The money is converted into money you can spend on your next purchase in store or online.
1 bonus point = 1 kr.
In store, the total bonus earned will be available as a payment method. This means if you have 350 NOK in bonus, this will be visible on My Page.
On My page in the online store you have an overview of how much you have in bonuses.
When you shop in the online store, you will have the opportunity to use your earned bonus at checkout.
Earned bonuses have a lifespan of 12 months from the date of issue. Arven reserves the right to correct or remove bonus points and/or coupons that have been registered due to an error on Arven's part or due to a breach of the membership agreement. This right applies even if the bonus points have been used before the error or breach was discovered.
On My Page you will find information about your bonus, your recent purchases, change personal information and manage consent for how we can communicate with you.
