2 Year Warranty
Vintage jewelry
We offer a 2-year warranty for Arven Vintage jewelry.
The warranty covers:
- Soldering that fails
- Locks or stone settings that come loose
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from falls, accidents or misuse
- Bad experience from chemicals or perfume
- Lost parts or the entire piece of jewelry
5 Year Warranty
Jewelry from Arven
We offer a 5-year warranty for Handmade By Arven and By Arven jewelry.
The warranty covers:
- Soldering that fails
- Locks or stone settings that come loose
- Production error
Special treatments:
- Gold-plated silver jewelry: 1 year warranty
- Rhodium-plated white gold jewelry: 1 year warranty
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from falls, accidents or misuse
- Lost jewelry or parts
- Bad experience from chemicals or perfume
Handmade by the heritage
100% recycled gold and silver
Handmade by Arven is jewelry, silver cutlery and silver interior that is produced and handmade by us in Arven. We are proud to tell our customers that everything within Handmade by Arven is made from 100% recycled gold and silver.
We offer service, maintenance and repairs beyond the warranty period.

Free check-up after one year
Have you purchased a ring, earrings or other jewelry with a setting from us?
We offer a free check and cleaning after one year – as an extra peace of mind for you. Our jewelers check that the stones are still in place and that the jewelry is in good condition.
Don't you live in Bergen?
You can send the jewelry to us – we are happy to help you. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Should you be unfortunate enough to damage your jewelry, there is no need to worry – it can happen to anyone. At Arven we have our own workshop in the heart of Bergen, where our skilled jewelers have extensive experience in repairing and restoring jewelry with precision and care.

Have you purchased the jewelry from us?
- You always receive a receipt and/or invoice that can be used for insurance purposes.
- Do you need a new copy or payment confirmation for your insurance company? Contact us and we will send you what you need.
Do you want a formal appraisal?
- We offer valuations through our regular valuation partner.
- You can submit the item you want to have appraised to us, and we will ensure safe handling and further processing.
