The Bryggemynten is a unique piece of jewelry with deep historical roots, inspired by an original coin found during an archaeological excavation at Bryggen in Bergen in the 1950s. The original coin is golden and was minted in 1512 in Brandenburg-Franconia by Archduke Friedrich the Elder of Ansbach. As part of Handmade by Arven, the Bryggemynten is developed and produced in Bergen, made from 100% recycled gold and silver. This piece of jewelry combines genuine Bergen craftsmanship with a historical expression and is a timeless symbol of heritage and tradition.

The Brewery Mint
The Brygge coin was found during an archaeological excavation at Bryggen in Bergen in the 1950s. The original Brygge coin is golden and minted in 1512 in Brandenburg-Franconia by Archduke Friedrich the Elder of Ansbach.
The Bryggemynt collection consists of beautiful jewelry with the Bryggemynt pendant, and is available in 585 yellow gold 14K, 925S white silver, oxidized and gold-plated silver.
