Paispade in Hardanger designed.

Hardanger was designed by Edvard Anda in 1930 and represents national romanticism. The design is inspired by Norwegian Baroque and Rococo style, with shapes that were used in rose painting and wood carving. The uneven surface reflects hand-hammered cutlery. Hardanger represents the untidy within Norwegian craftsmanship.

Hardanger pie spade has serrated edges along one side, which comes in handy when cutting a pie or cake.
