Arven is one of Norway's oldest manufacturers of silverware, and for over 150 years we have been making products that withstand both use and the passage of time. Our candlesticks, platters, bowls and mugs are designed using classic silversmithing techniques and are made in our own workshop, next door to our store right behind Bryggen in Bergen.
Silver fits equally well in a modern interior as in a classic one. It adds shine to the room, without shouting loudly. At Arven, we only use recycled silver in our production. This means that all our products are made with precious metals that have already been used for something else. By using existing materials, we reduce the need for new mining and save both energy and natural resources.
