With our new digital sales notice, selling jewelry and valuables becomes easier and more efficient. The process, which previously could require more time and paperwork, now happens seamlessly digitally.

We want valuable items not to be left in drawers, but to gain new life in new hands. The digital sales notice helps keep values in circulation, and makes it easier to give new life to old treasures – in a sustainable way. The digital sales notice is just the beginning; we continue to develop to make buying and selling valuables even easier in the time to come.
How it works
- Log in with Vipps and describe the items you wish to sell.
- Receive a message from Posten (Norway Post) with a code that you show at your nearest post office to send your package. You can also deliver it directly to Arven's store in Bergen.
- Send your gold or silver to us – the package is insured for up to 250,000 NOK.
- Once we have received your package, we will send you an SMS confirming that your items have been received. In the SMS, you will find a link to "My Page," where you can log in and follow the status of your sales notice throughout the entire process.
- Within 10 business days, you will receive an SMS and email from us notifying you that your offer is ready. You can then log in to "My Page" to view and respond to the offer. You must respond within 7 business days and choose your preferred payment method: bank transfer, Arven gift card, or return of your items.
