How to sell gold/silver
1. Log in with Vipps
Start by logging in with Vipps. You describe the items you want to sell – whether it's jewelry, cutlery or coins. Not sure how to describe or take a picture of the items? Watch our video guide here:
2. Submit the items
You will receive a message from the Post Office with a code that you can show at the nearest post office to send your package. The package is insured for up to 100,000 kroner, so you can send it safely. You can also deliver gold and silver directly to our store in Bergen.
3. Weighing and testing
When we receive your package, one of our skilled professionals will carefully inspect and weigh the items, ensuring you receive a fair and transparent valuation based on current market prices.
4. You receive an offer by email
Once we have assessed your items, you will receive an offer by email. You can then choose whether you want to have the money directly deposited into your bank account, receive a gift card from Arven, or have your items returned.
