How to sell your gold/silver
1. Go to www.selgdittgullogsolv.no and log in with Vipps
Start by logging in with Vipps. You describe the items you wish to sell – whether it is jewelry, cutlery, or coins.
2. Send in the items
You will receive a message from Posten (the Norwegian Postal Service) with a code to show at your nearest post office to send your package. The package is insured up to NOK 250,000, so you can send it safely. You can also deliver gold and silver directly to our store in Bergen.
3. Weighing and testing
When we receive your package, you will get an SMS confirming that your items have arrived. You will also receive a link to "My Page," where you can track your sales request and the process. Furthermore, one of our skilled professionals will carefully inspect and weigh the items. We ensure that you receive a fair and transparent valuation based on current market prices.
4. You receive an offer from us
Within 10 business days, you will receive an SMS and email from us notifying you that your offer is ready. You can then log in to "My Page" to view and respond to the offer. You must respond within 7 business days and choose your preferred method of settlement: payment to a bank account, an Arven gift card, or the return of your items.
