How to sell gold/silver
1. Log in with Vipps
Start by logging in with Vipps. You describe the items you wish to sell – whether it's jewelry, cutlery, or coins.
2. Send in the items
You will receive a message from Posten with a code to show at your nearest post office to send your package. The package is insured for up to NOK 100,000, so you can send it securely. You can also deliver gold and silver directly to our store in Bergen.
3. Weighing and testing
When we receive your package, one of our skilled professionals will carefully inspect and weigh the items. We ensure that you receive a fair and transparent assessment based on current market prices.
4. You receive an offer by email
Once we have assessed your items, you will receive an offer by email. You then choose whether you want the money deposited directly into your bank account, receive an Arven gift card, or have your items returned. The prices of precious metals change daily.
