Edel was designed by Einar Olsen in 1930. The pattern originates from 18th century baroque spoons. The design is rich and balanced.

The noble cake fork is 3-pronged and the outermost prong is wider than the other prongs, making the cake fork well suited for dividing the piece of cake.
