The designer was inspired by the brightness of silver and took advantage of the way light plays in reflective facets on the centerpiece. The pattern is typical of late modernism in the 60s and 70s. Design / Birger Saastad, 1968. The item has been quality checked, cleaned, and re-polished. It has no engravings. Used, genuine Norwegian silverware at one of the market's best prices.
